CA777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you and CA777 ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your use of the CA777 website located at ca777.click and all associated services — including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, virtual sports, esports betting, and any promotions or bonuses offered by CA777.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain a CA777 account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. CA777 strictly enforces this requirement and will request age verification documents if there is any doubt about a player's age. Accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently closed and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
• Location: You must be accessing CA777 from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under local law. You are solely responsible for determining the legal status of online betting in your specific location before registering.
• Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering contracts, you are not eligible to register.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be a CA777 employee, a family member of a CA777 employee, or an agent working with CA777 in any commercial capacity. Such individuals are not permitted to hold player accounts.

3. Account Rules

One account per person. Each individual may hold exactly one CA777 account. Any balances in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

Account security. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your CA777 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Account currency. All CA777 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, withdrawals, balances, bets, and bonus values are all denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is performed and no foreign exchange fees apply.

Inactive accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or betting activity has occurred for 12 consecutive months. CA777 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 to inactive accounts once this threshold is reached, until the balance reaches zero or the player resumes activity. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

4. Deposits & Payments

CA777 accepts deposits via the following methods, all processed in PKR:

• The minimum deposit amount at CA777 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by CA777, though your payment provider may have their own limits.
• Deposits are credited to your CA777 balance immediately upon successful payment processing. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. CA777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from an account that does not belong to the registered player, it will be returned and the account investigated.
• CA777 does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees — these are not within CA777's control.
• CA777 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusually frequent deposits as part of our fraud prevention and compliance procedures.

5. Withdrawals

CA777 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. Our target processing times are:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit — or verified as belonging to you.
• Before your first withdrawal, CA777 may complete a standard identity verification check. This is a one-time process and is completed quickly in the majority of cases.
• CA777 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside CA777's control.
• Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared, unrestricted balance is eligible for withdrawal.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until CA777 issues a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error are not binding on CA777 and will be voided at the correct odds or refunded.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed on each market before bet placement. These limits vary by sport, event type, and market. CA777 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any account at its discretion.
• Payout limits: Single bet maximum payout across all sports is Rs 50,00,000 per bet. Accumulator maximum payout is Rs 1,00,00,000. Payouts exceeding these limits will be capped at the stated maximum.
• Void bets: Bets are voided (stakes returned) if: an event is cancelled before the relevant market is settled, an event starts without the result being determinable, or a market is voided due to pricing error. Void bets in accumulators are settled with the remaining legs at the remaining odds.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are placed in real time as events progress. CA777 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice — for example, when a goal is scored or a wicket falls. Bets placed during a suspension are voided.
• Cricket-specific rules: In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather or other external circumstances, CA777 will settle bets in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant cricket authority (PCB, ICC, etc.). Where no official result is declared, bets will be voided.

8. Casino & Live Games
